Materials Needed:
Wood Numbers, 3 inch tall ones in the Harrington font
Frames, 3.5 inch x 5 inch ones at the dollar store
Scrapbook paper/card-stock, mine is off-white with French script on it
Craft glue
Black craft paint
Paint brush
Paper plate or paint tray
Scissors
